Hello everyone.

I am flying from Vietnam to China, and then China to Rome in order to bypass the Middle East travel. I am curious if it is difficult to transfer airlines at that airport? I do not have any checked luggage, but I will be booking each flight separately.

My best option is to fly from Hanoi to TFU with China Eastern airlines. I'll arrive at 9;45pm on May 29th. My second flight is TFU to Rome (FCU) at 1:40am on May 30th with Sichuan Airlines.

Will I have to go through customs or security again? Would customs even be open this late? I'm just nervous about making my transfer in time, even though I feel like 4 hours should be enough.

Any help would be great, thanks!
