I co-founded a math npo with a friend and basically built it up all by myself—marketing, finance, operations, organizing events—and they always had the excuse of school work. And I just stupidly let them not do anything even though I know I should’ve been more stern cuz I didn’t want to lose the friendship.

Now they used the npo and lied they were ceo to get into an ivy. And when I ask them for help now that their classes are fine they ghost me again.

I genuinely don’t know what to do help.
