Whoop Workouts in Strength Trainer

I’ve started to play around with the preset workout options in the strength trainer when I go to the gym. I like some of the preset workouts in there.

The issue is the WHOOP workouts section doesn’t seem very well thought out. The workouts aren’t organized in any meaningful way (muscle group, etc) it just seems like a bunch of random stuff thrown in there. Also, it seems that all the workouts are just single workouts, not any kind of plans.

To me it seems like there is a lot of potential there to have complete workout plans, workout options by muscle group, cardio vs strength training, etc. but the whole thing kind of feels like an afterthought.

Anyone think this section will be improved over time?

Do I Trade For A Transalp?

Hey all, recently bought a Moto Guzzi V85tt on a whim because I found a fantastic deal. I LOVE the bike. But I’ve been after a Transalp for a long time and could sell the V85 for one at this point.

I love the character of the Guzzi. I’m pretty short (5’6” ) and it’s manageable for me. It’s has enough power but nothing crazy.

I’m just afraid if I swap for a Transalp and the wonderful Honda reliability, I’ll miss something from the V85.

I’m looking for a long term daily rider that I can take on inter rides and commute the 2 miles to work equally comfortably.

Would the Transalp be the right move? Or maybe I should stick with the V85?

Hey all, I am used to using the Caliber app to manually log my strength training workouts. Reps, sets, weight, etc.

I see I can do that in Strength Trainer also, which is great. My question is, can I also have a “weightlifting” activity running at the same time so I can actively monitor my strain level, heart rate, etc?

I used to do this by logging in my calibers app while running a workout on my Apple Watch.

I am new to Whoop so not sure if there is a way to use strength trainer and run an activity at the same time.

Thanks.
