SUMMER HOUSE FOR RENT

Hello Everyone!

I have a house with 3 available rooms for rent during summer. There is 2 restrooms. I am currently a bcoe student and will be residing in the home as well. I have all utilities and necessities included. Anyone is welcome. I am a 5 min drive from UCR and a 15-20 minute bike ride. I have fresh installed cold A/C in all rooms and 2 fridges.
