Can anybody refer me to a good tenant attorney? Briefly: this is due to a NYC apt that made me ill with sewage leak, mold, and unremediated water damage (they tried to cover over) that the landlord doesn’t want to properly fix and is asking me to pay at full rent in spite of the apt being uninhabitable?
