Im not sure if the "mr beast" trojan is the same for everyone but I was just wondering since it got removed and I changed my instagram password. Does it mean im safe now?

Did another scan with Malwarebytes and couldn't find anything else afterwards. If I change passwords can I assume that im in the clear now?
