I’m in a really tough spot with scheduling Step 1 and could use some advice. I need to take the exam by May 8th as per my school’s requirement. I’ve already postponed Step 1 twice and even retook my M2 year because I wasn’t ready. I’ve been checking Prometric for the last 48 hours, and I’m not seeing any available dates for next week. On top of that, I found out they’re pausing scheduling from May 4th–9th to roll out a new testing system. Does anyone know if there’s still a chance to secure a date before May 8th if I call Prometric first thing Monday morning? I’m fully willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. at this point if that helps. Any advice or insight would really mean a lot right now.
