title says it all. if I have a good sense of my TDEE and I eat in a caloric surplus (eg 300-500 more calories per day) and I know it’s accurate bc I am slowly gaining weight, is it possible to continue doing cardio (eg 2-3 runs a week) while recovering? I’m okay with recovery taking more time, but I’m just curious if anyone’s ever been able to balance exercise w recovery while eating in surplus.
