I’ve been on the Data Conversion workstream for pretty much my entire WD Career.

Looking to pivot out of it or at-least try something new - Prism and Orchestrate seems interesting and I have a technical degree so not scared of diving deeper into the more technical side of Workday too.

What’s the best way to make it happen? Already tried pivoting within the company and nothing materialized out of it.
