Anyone have any reliable broker recs for the UWS/UES? My spouse and I are moving early July, and our work schedule makes it hard to see apartments on short notice, which is really fucking us in this hellscape market. We have a reasonable budget, upper range of ~$8,500, just trying to find someone who can do legwork for us,
