I'm in no way a developer, but I've made a small edit to hatariB to allow ipf support on android.

I've currently only tested it on my phone and I'm completely new to github, so any feedback, criticism, or just confirmation that it's working is very welcome.

Instructions can be found at the top of the readme, if they're not clear enough I'll do my best to answer any questions about my edit and implementation, but general advice about hatariB itself is probably beyond my abilities.
