The person messaged me saying that I am not blocked and that they could see my posts just fine after being informed of my situation.

For context I explained in my previous post on here that there is a blog that used to comment/make post every day in my favourite tags, but one day, they disappeared, and every time I search them up, it said, "Ghost blog! It doesn't exist" at the time I believed they deleted/disactivated. I still saw their pfp on the "biggest fans" section and in my reblogs. A few days ago, I got a notification I couldn't see, and when I logged out, I could see their account reblogging my content (they still do regularly btw). I wanted to reblog them back, but tumblr wasn't letting me on my account.

After finding out that I wasn't blocked, I found that I couldn't message them back. I also found out that I am able to see a post they make just as long as someone else reblogged the specific post. Please help me and explain what to do to fix this issue
