So, I haven't been the greatest at taking care of my saxophone. For some reason I didn't think to look up how to clean it until yesterday and instead just put my cloth on a string that came with the saxophone through it every so often.

I've gotten a better cloth on a string and cleaned all the pieces, (including my neck for like the second time? yeah it's embarassing), but I think there might be some dried spit or whatever mosture in my sax. Should I worry about that? If yes, what should I do about it?
