Hi all, am just starting MJ this week, and was hoping to get some tips from you all. Am feeling some food noise, it didn't all go away like I thought it would. Am definitely eating less or rather the first day I tried to eat my usual meal and threw up and since I only can down about half lol. I still reach for the chocolate covered raisins or the popcorn though.

Also struggling to get enough protein without feeling super full. Would love some suggestions for that.

As far as resources, I would love some reading material if you all have any recs

also was looking into apps and was recommended like 50 of them so not really sure where to start.. The big ones seem to be meagain, glpeak, shotsy, and glapp, any thoughts on those?
