What are your tips for a device-free visit?

Last time we visited, the reliance on devices for everything put a damper on the trip. Next visit, we want to limit devices as much as possible. We will have phones in case we get separated, but ideally, we'd like to experience the park as if we left our phones behind. We've decided to forego all lightening lanes, and mobile ordering for food. What else can we do to make a device-free trip?

ETA: It's totally cool that people want to plan ahead and use lightening lanes and mobile orders. I'd like to try it differently and would love advice people have for having a good time in the parks without LLs and mobile ordering.

What do you think is the most magical experience at Disneyland? For me, it was the dragon during Fantasmic, but now that's gone, what's your big magic moment?

I'm not talking about nostalgia, or one-off experiences. The first time seeing Fantasmic was an experience of a lifetime! I'll always remember the look on my daughter's face and the sheer awe we all felt when Maleficent's dragon appeared. So what's your big magic moment at Disneyland?
