I've got a small team and lately I feel like I'm so caught up in running the business that I barely have time to check in with my staff properly. Someone will go above and beyond and I only notice weeks later. By then it feels too late to even say something.
I had a really good employee leave recently and when I asked why she said she just didn't feel seen. That hit me hard.
Do you guys struggle with this too? How do you stay on top of your team without it feeling like a chore? And do you actually use any apps or tools or is it all just vibes and gut feeling?
What do i do?
