After many a cold email into the void, I've suddenly heard back from multiple reps, and now have the surprise gift of options. I have offers from BMG Talent Group and Bella Agency and still a couple interviews lined up, as well as an offer to be pocketed by a manager.

BMG and Bella both prefer across-the-board though specialize in commercial, whereas I am hoping to build theatrically too. BMG seems more established but is strict about managers not submitting, where Bella is flexible, but since I am only SAG-E with no co-stars yet, would a manager be overkill at this point anyway?

Any experience/thoughts on these agencies and whether or not agents allowing manager submissions should be a big factor in my decision would be appreciated! :) I haven't had reps before, so really grateful to have any interest and also trying to make good career moves.
