25M I've been dealing with pain since April 31st night, when i found a vein (like someone squeezed my balls) in my scrotum above testes and i pressed it hard. Also found something squishy below my left testes (which is not present in my right one) . Also facing a bit was stomach gas issues since 2 days. Pain increases as the day procedes sometimes too much. I'm planning to go to a ur on 7th May. It's so frustrating i can't focus on anything. Its such a depressing feeling. I doubt it's varicocele
