Quit cold turkey on last Friday. I had a rough day Saturday and bumbed a pouch off a friend, and then hit my sister's vape throughout the day Sunday. Quit again at 10pm Sunday night. I've been good since, putting me at already 99 hours (better than any other attempt). Anyways... I bought my sister a vape and without even thinking got a can of 3mg ZYNs (I was on 9mg VELO, so unfortunately there was a LITTLE thought.) Give me advice 😭 I actually do want to quit... but am having a hard time with deciding if it's a long term thing or a tolerance break.
