Oslo - 1 day as much coffee as possible!

I will be staying in Oslo for one day as a layover.
Wanted to ask if anyone has recommendations what is possible to in one day in Oslo, what is a must see, also would appreciate if anyone has any coffee shops/small food spots worth trying, recommending. I’m a big coffee lover so would really appreciate some suggestions.
Also, what is the best way to get from Oslo Lufthavn airport to the centrum?
*I will have entire day free to explore.
