Hey guys, this is my first post in Reddit and I'm sad that it's about a problem haha.

EDIT: RESOLVED
As another user said, what fixed it for me was removing profiles in the VPN & Device Management section.
I was weird, I have 2 sims from the same company and one worked sometimes and the other not, but removing the profile fixed things for me.

Long story short, I have an iPhone 15 Pro. I was in 26.3.2, just an eSIM, everything fine.
I needed to add another SIM, and now neither of them works, don't matter what I do... After touching stuff, by any reason, my new SIM card works but my original eSIM stops working...
I called support of my providers and they didn't see anything suspicious.
I switch the sims to another Xiaomi device I have and THEY WORK PROPERLY.
I search online and I found out that it's a common issue on this version.
I realize that I'm an update below and I update to 26.4.2.... now NOTHING WORKS...
I searched online and I see a lot of cases like mine, but no one has an answer that works. I don't know what to do. And Apple Community is worthless... literally after saying "I followed all the steps in THIS page", an user told me "you most follow the steps on <same page>"... it's like cmon no one even tries.
Now with the device, these are the steps I took:
- Called my mobile services and support helped me. No issues from their side (the SIMs work on my android devices)
- Played tweaking the SIMs configuration on the phone (enabled, disabled, selecting network manually, automatically, changed the data from 5G to Auto, On, 4G, LTE)
- Reseted Network Preferences (more than one time)
- Did the airplane mode trick of the 15 seconds.
- Reset, Hard Resets
- Went to About and I don't have any carrier updates.
- NOTHING WORKS.
The only thing I'm skipping is the Factory Reset because I saw a lot of people doing it and no one had results... so I'll try to skip that.
I saw somewhere that it seems that the update to the beta of 26.5 fixes this issue, but now I'm scared to do that being that everything got worst after updating to 26.4.2
Does anyone have a fix or any else that can add to the case?
I'm lost, my phone is a small ipad now and my other phone is broken, so I can't use it...
And of course like all of you, I need my phone for daily life and work... (I live in Japan so YES I need calls and messages for daily life, can't survive just with Whatsapp and wifi)
Any support or idea will be appreciated.
Please don't kill me if I made a mistake while posting. I don't know if this must go on iOS or iPhone's subreddits.
Love u, have a nice day
