Who actually fought for you when selling your home in Los Angeles?
About to list my house and honestly feeling overwhelmed. Every agent I talk to sounds exactly the same. I don’t want someone to just put up a sign and hope for offers, I need a real strategy, marketing, and someone who knows how to handle a tough negotiation if the buyer tries to chip away at the price. Has anyone sold in LA recently with an agent that genuinely had their back start to finish? What did they do differently that actually mattered?
