My knees and hands hurt all. the. time. on tamoxifen.

I was super active and in shape before Rx last summer, but after DMX, chemo and now tamoxifen, I‘ve lost a lot of strength and have so much pain in my knees and hands.

I’ve been on glucosamine (MO’s rec), turmeric (PCP’s rec) and the joint health supplement from Costco for 2-3 months, but nothing is touching the pain.

Are there any things you take or do that help?
