Planning a 10 day trip to Tokyo in August focused on Chiikawa, would appreciate any tip or advice.

Hi everyone, I am planning a trip for my partner and I, we are in our 30s. We are both huge fans of Chiikawa and the trip is motivated by the Chiikawa Park and movie release. We have some questions that we would really appreciate the answers to. Thank you so much in advance.

Is it difficult to secure tickets to Chiikawa park? In our research we found out we need to enter a lottery system to try to get tickets. From what I understand, I just apply for them ahead of time. Is there any nuances I might have missed?

We want to hire a guide and we searched professional sites, and they all look experienced and professional, but is there a ideal place to find guides that would potentially know a lot about specific topics?(in this case, Chikwawa) would be amazing to find a guide to plan out a good itinerary and potentially a guide in person for 1 or 2 days.(they can be different guides for different purposes)

As for food, my partner has strict dietary restrictions, would it be rude for us to enter a restaurant but have me be the only one eating? We are trying to find a respectful solution to this.

Again thank you so much.
