Breath test or Clo test accuracy?

Any expert in gastroenterologist could help me in this matter? I desperately need you guys help in this.

So I went for endoscopy after experience constant bloating and they took biopsy for Clo test and it turned out HP negative. Still not convinced so I went to another clinic for breath test to confirm, it came out positive! I took the positive test back to previous hospital and the gastroenterologists there told me Clo test from biopsy is the most accurate that I do not have HP!

Because confirming to have HP for eradication is crucial for me because I also diagnosed with Atrophic Gastritis. Therefore I went to another hospital to meet with a top professor in gastroenterologist there and she told me that Breath test is the most accurate then prescribed a course of antiobiotic for me.

I still haven’t taken the Antibiotics because I’m still confused whether I am negative or positive. Upon researching many sources said breath test is the most accurate but also there are doctors said otherwise.

So what can I do now? Go for another breath test? Get a stool sample (which i don’t even know if its available where I live). Anyone with experience in this matter? Many thanks!

Levofloxacin anxiety!

So I’m HP positive and doctor prescribed me with Levo 500mg once a day with Amox and bisthmuth. Having read before hand that this Quinnolone could potentially cause neuro or tendon damage permanently , I told the doctor to opt for Tetracycline and Metronidazole regimen instead but she refused and told me that Tetra and Metro regimen has too many pills thus low compliance in patient.

Is Levo really that bad? I just want to save it for rescue (last resort) if my first eradication fail. Please help. Should i switch to Tetra and Metro (with bisthmuth and ppi ofcourse). Thanks for your help!
