Please bear with the bad drawing. Need help searching for a cookie/baked good/treat that Starbucks used to serve between 2000 - 2010. Pre-La Boulange acquisition
Name: I remember it as "Strawberry Square"
Shape: Square Shortbread Style Cookie with a Red Fruit Filling Jam-Like in the Middle
Size: 4" x 4" (?) Could fit in your hand
Taste: Strawberry or Raspberry in the middle. Base/Cookie was a bit crumbly but had some integrity
Location: Could be region specific as it was quite some time ago. Southern California and San Diego
Misc: Came frozen? Did not have to be heaten up. Not a flaky pastry, but not as crumbly as a shortbread cookie. Imagine the starbucks version of a Pepperidge Farm Verona cookie but Square and larger.
