I'm hunting High Rank Diablos to upgrade the Diablos and Tobi-Kadachi HBGs, and I've hunted it 4 times, broken both of its horns all four times, but it's only given me 1 Majestic Horn. The other 3 all gave me the low rank version instead. What the fuck is that about?
