Hi, I bought something on Vinted on Sunday and the seller said they’d ship it today since yesterday was a bank holiday. I checked their account today and they were banned. I ended up cancelling the order not realising the seller has to accept the cancellation request. This is frustrating because I now have to wait until the sixth business day for an automated refund. I texted Vinted but they’re no help. They said the seller could still send the item but I doubt it. I really want my money back.
