Le Batard had an interesting take that I tend to agree with. Obviously, nothing is official yet but if this is true the fact that Canes fans aren't up in arms about this hire tells me either the majority of folks aren't from south Florida and don't know or they are completely unfamiliar with what a disaster this would be for the University as a whole. I feel like if more people knew this guy was likely going to lead the athletic department people would be furious. He is not a brilliant sports mind and by all accounts he's not a good human. Panthers fans know firsthand.
