As the title says, I am trying to find AI tools that can streamline my work and automate some things. I have demo'd a few different platforms, but I have yet to find the right combination, and I am finding all of the options to be overwhelming. What would you suggest as the ideal combo for what I am trying to achieve?

Considerations:

I have to use Gmail, and my employer has not allowed the use of Gemini for gmail
I have a ClickUp account through work, but they have disabled super agents. My work is siloed, so I don't collaborate with colleagues in ClickUp. I could get my own account and have access to the AI features.
We do not use Slack
We use Salesforce as our CRM
Any platforms that have a fee will need to be paid for by me. Cost is a factor and I'd like to keep subscriptions around $240/year.

My ideal use case:

Organize my Gmail inbox and calendar
- Scan incoming email and determine what needs a reply, what requires an action and then reply, what is information only, and what is a newsletter, junk, or other item that does not pertain to my work.
- Creates a task in ClickUp for action items
- Draft replies for my review
- Send me a start of day summary of the emails that I need to reply to or actions I need to take
- Respond to meeting requests based on time blocks I have put on my calendar (meetings, focused work, etc)
Meeting Notetaker
- Must have a stealth mode option for meetings where people freak out about bots and for use during in-person meetings
- Summarizes the meeting, identifies action items, and follow ups needed
- Adds the meeting summary to lead or contact records in Salesforce based on matching email address
  - Adds this as a call logged. I've demo'd some that add the meeting summary as a note
- Creates tasks in ClickUp for action items and draft follow-up email
Task Agent
- Drafts documents, creates a daily work schedule based on priorities, deadlines, and project workflow.
- Identifies tasks that could be delegated to my intern or an admin
