All - I am building out a few nodes (Android phones) with a private tak server for a small sitautional awareness exercise that my team is participating in. my goal is to be able to track teams from one location, and pass information back to a central command post (opss center). we will be using cellular data and dont have any wismesh tags or Lora integration.

is this possiable using a bare bones set up ? what should I be aware of ? thanks in advance.
