It is Roulette Dares by The Mars Volta and I have been able to play it all the way through and I got this part which I sent here but I wasn't able to play it like it is on the record or this transcription.
I listened to this song a lot and I can hear a ride being played while this roll is going on the snare.
What is Jon Theodore doing here and what technique he uses to achieve that sound?
