My kiddo discovered the chat feature and was having lengthy conversations with the device in his room. Most of the conversations were benign but in some he asked questions that were not always answered age appropriately, so I was reviewing the chats.

Now they have suddenly disappeared from my app. Has he found a way for the chats to not be saved?
