Had a hysterectomy in 2022, kept the ovaries. I am 32 years old.

Severely depressed in the past 2 years and lost all drive. Wondering if it's hormonal or just stress?

I have a sweet husband and we got through some very scary times in Jan-Feb due to his job. I thought this lethargy and depression might be my stress catching up to me but I feel like I should be feeling better by now, especially with the pretty weather.

I do my readings first thing in the morning after getting up. I will continue to track but wanted to ask for some insight before I drag myself to a doctor!
