To those who gave me advice, thank you very much! The way I got him to eat was by rubbing the food underneath his chin, and he struck at it immediately! I got him to eat 2 decently sized nightcrawlers and he’s back to a healthy shape!

I’ve tried all the advice given to get him to eat and still no change, and I don’t have the money needed to take him to an exotic vet
