Hi everyone, I just have a few questions and was unsure of where to go.

I started having severe chest pains that would last 6 hours every time I ate. It got to the point where I went to the hospital, did tests and etc. They found nothing - however I have been on PPIs now since October of 2025 and I haven't had an issue since, I cut down to one a day per doctors instructions just for it to happen again and had to go back to 2 a day.

I had ultrasounds, hydascan, endoscopy done and haven't been diagnosed with anything.

its making my hair fall out and it has stopped growing completely, can I just stop taking it if I haven't been diagnosed with anything needing it
