Back in 2023 my s10e shut off and won't turn back on. I brought it to multiple places and they charge me an insane amount just to say "we can't to anything for you". There are pictures on that phone that mean the world to me and I want desperately to get them off that phone. Is there for real no "physical storage" on the phone I can just put onto my pc or another phone? Please help me Reddit is quite literally the only thing I haven't tried

Note: I can't remember exactly what the last guy said but I do remember it being on the lines of "you might have to bring it to Samsung so they can replace/repair
