I filed for a waiver for CSS Noncustodial due to my zero contact & financial support from noncustodial parent 5 days ago, and it disappeared from my To Do list on SIS. It disappeared the day after, so I thought I was fine. But it just reappeared on my To Do list again today. I never got an email giving me any type of confirmation, but does that mean it got denied?

I haven’t talked to my noncustodial parent in years, and I have 0 way to reach him. There’s another link on the To Do that says “Contact Us” but it just leads me to a Netbadge login that leads to the same place after I log in. Where do I go from here? This is the only thing stopping me from seeing my aid package and I’m kinda in a rock and a hard place with this.

I know that another 30 or so hours would likely answer my question but this wait is genuinely killing me. I’m a repeat applicant this year for Junior Transfer, and around this time last year, I saw a post talking about how their SIS updated with something along the lines of, ”Access Inquiry Denied” and a lot of, if not all of those people reported getting accepted a couple days later.

I’m not seeing any such thing in my own portal, and I don’t personally know anybody applying for this cycle. Am I cooked, or was that post just two totally unrelated things?
