Every few seconds, my TV lifts a frame and holds it on the screen for a couple of seconds, before returning to normal and doing the same around 10 seconds later. It does this regardless of ports plugged in. I have videos but I can't post them. Just to reiterate, the TV takes a frame, holds it on the screen for a couple of seconds while whatever is playing continues playing, (so there are 2 images on the screen at once), then drops it, plays normally for a few seconds, only to do the same thing again. Has anyone encountered this? Is there a fix? Or am I due a new TV?
