I’m looking for body lotion recommendations that don’t leave your skin sticky. I’ve tried Neutrogena, Cerave, Lubriderm, and Olay. I take morning showers, so I need something I can put on right after and head straight to work.
I’m hoping someone has been through this before. I have had the stomach flu for 4 days and haven’t taken any supplements or medications. I can’t keep any food on board and I’m having horrible cramps and diarrhea (sorry tmi). I’m also very likely about to start my period. I’m wondering if I can switch to taking 200mg of progesterone vaginally versus orally. I typically take it orally every night. TIA
