Heat oil, fry peanuts until crunchy and keep aside. In same pan, fry diced potatoes until golden. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add onion (optional) and sauté. Add turmeric and salt. Add poha and mix gently, cook 2–3 minutes. Top with peanuts and serve with yogurt.
