I'm getting desperate. My computer has been feeling of for months at this point and I cant find out for the life of me why that is the case.
So I request help from someone who may know what is going on with my system

What happened: PC started acting up and strange things started happening. Files and applications being modified, weird stutters started happening accompanied by the Windows sound when you plug in a USB device. Generally PC feels slower after this began. And it gets worse over time. I don't know if I'm infected, but I strongly suspect that is the case
When did the infection occur: Not 100% sure about the actual date and time. But my best guess is it was around the start of January
What did I do for remediation: Ran several anti-virus scans with both Windows security (offline scan as well) and Malwarebytes. All yielding no detections. Multiple clean installs of Windows with a USB. CMOS reset. Flash motherboard.
