Relaxing spots on the Eastside

Hi all! I've been here since 2018 but always lived more on the west side. Now I live down E Colonial and having just hit 4 years postpartum I'm really trying to be mindful of taking time for myself outside.

What are some nice relaxing spots on the Eastside (Alafaya/University)? Ideally I want to grab a small snack and sit somewhere for an hour or so and either read or do some creative journaling. So far I just go to Barnes & Noble cafe on Colonial or Blanchard to sit, or the Waterford center to walk around.

Edit to specify area.
