Episode 25:

We gather today to join Xu Qi An as he continues to go through odd experiences! It looks terribly awfully uncomfortable and horrid to have The Evil Arm (TEA) infused into oneself. Gross. Though, it did come with the added bonus of a new best friend who he cannot part from. Win some, lose some 😉

I actually quite like Shen Shu aka The Demon Arm of Sangbo Lake hahahha. He reminds me of a cat. And I don’t know why but I feel like Shen Shu and Huai Qing would make an amazing pair. No idea why.

Shen Shu and Xu Qi An come to an agreement. While Shen Shu gets to continue living inside of Xu Qi An’ body (which he reportedly finds very comfortable) he will lend greater power to Xu Qi An than our lead normally has. Delighted at the prospect of being able to best others (likely especially Nangong Qian Rou hehe), Xu Qi An welcomes his new symbiotic relationship with open arms and offers of massages hahahaha.

A GINORMOUS floating spirit appears on the horizon of the Heavenly Sect domain.

Xu Qi An continues sticking his nose into things and finding money :p we see him throw his newest pouch into a CHEST full of found pouches! Ha! Here I thought he was mostly only finding small silver pieces. He has quite the collection.

Xu Xin Nian is found at their old house, crying. His family is lost and he believes his oldest cousin is dead. Poor Ci Jui; no room has been set aside for him at the new house and no one informed him of the non-death of Ning Yan. He is most upset.

Li Miao Zhen and her disciple connect with Xu Qi An in the Capital. They think he is the cousin of #3, not #3. This doesn’t bode well for Ci Jui haha. This is the beginning of our next mystery to solve! A blood bath 1500 km around.

Episode 26:

While I very much do not like the Emperor, I have to say that I find it refreshing to have one who is not easy to trick. He is a dick yes and he is good at balancing court power. I just wish he wasn’t so self-centered and actually cared about his people. Definitely the type to view them as lowly ants :/

Xu Qi An continues to spin lies about Ci Jui being Jade Mirror Weilder #3. He is quite good at lying and at figuring out what moves people. I have mixed feelings as I don’t like lying and I am not sure why it is necessary to keep his own identity hidden at this point. All the Mirror Wielders know his face, name, and position…. So it feels a bit odd to me. I don’t like how Xu Qi An manipulates Li Miao Zhen into feeling so guilty about her actions….

Lin An bahahahahahha her luck is so funny. She is such a straight forward, earnest person. It would be a full time job to keep her safe when she was on a determined rampage :p Huai Qing loves her younger sister so much ❤️

Li Miao Zhen gets to do her favorite thing and beat up some jerks! She meets Chu Yuan Zhen and as neither of them know who the other is and they are basically the same person – they become fast friends. United over fighting and alcohol.

Ci Jui has a childhood love interest. Interesting. Will she be silly like him?
