The title says it all. I’ve put in 2 years of work to get this shot.

Stats: 1100+ LC solved (Knight), 2000+ total problems, 3-star CodeChef.

The issue: Cleared OA on April 9th, filled the form for April 23rd (In-person), but received zero communication since.

Has this happened to anyone else? Did they eventually reach out to reschedule?

At this point, I’m ready to pivot to a fast-paced startup where the hiring process is more transparent. I'm a System Engineer with nearly 2 years of experience.

After 2 years, 50+ applications, and 8 OA attempts, I finally cleared the Amazon OA on April 9th. I filled out the scheduling form and opted for an in-person interview on April 23rd.

However, the 23rd has passed and I haven’t received a confirmation or any follow-up. Meanwhile, a colleague who cleared the OA around the same time already got a recruiter call. Does anyone know how Amazon’s scheduling queue works? Is it common to miss your opted date and get rescheduled later?

A bit about me:

Experience: System Engineer @ TCS (1.9 YOE)

Stack: Python, C++, Angular.

Problem solving: 2000+ problems across platforms (1100+ on LeetCode), Knight rank, 3-star on CodeChef.

Honestly, the uncertainty is making me consider jumping to a startup instead. If anyone is hiring or can offer a referral for a strong SDE-1 candidate, I’d love to chat.
