Anyone else just feel like they need a nap during the day? I am 8 weeks on 20mg and finally got through some of the increased anxiety side effects but now I just feel exhausted. Would love the burst of energy I have heard about it!

I’m sorry…I know I keep posting in here but Day 47 and still having terrible morning anxiety with physical side effects. Is this still the adjustment period? I reached out to my doctor this morning about propranolol but she wants me to schedule an appointment to talk through other options. My anxiety is worse on this medication. Just want to know if this is the transition period still, do I need to get off it. Just looking for any kind of relief.

I started Prozac to help deal with work anxiety and with the Prozac transition period as only made things worse. Increased anxiety, chest tightness, sweaty, and shaky anytime I have wok situation. Is this still the transition period? Will it ever get better? I’m really down about it all because I see no light at the end of the tunnel. Chat GBT is saying reach out to my doctor about increasing dosage and asking for Propranolol. What should I do? I have Hydroxyzine but that doesn’t offer much relief.
