any critics? I've been trying to remake it for a week or so

I've been working on figuring what I like for two days or so and landed on this, is it toy or nah? I'd like for any suggestions too

so like, I don't know what I'm doing so I copied stuff I saw online and tried recreating it and applying it to the name "topy" then I changed it to use as few lines as possible. I have a few questions:

is it readable? - can you look at this and not develop a mental disorder?

is it toy? - I honestly don't know what makes a tag "toy".

is it passable? - can I use this as my tag and not get clowned on?

any suggestions? - are there any things you'd suggest to me- a total dummy who doesn't know anything.
