I think we should roll through the part above the door but I'm unable to roll past that. I am always unable to reach it. How are you guys doing it ?

So, as I said, i used assist mode here and made my lives infinite. I was fighting with the hand of the king boss. I was killed. Respawned, again killed, i think after 3 to 4 times of respawning, I managed to kill him.
But I took a lot of damage too. And had to use the health flask again and again. My hp max was around 10,000.
Why I'm saying all this is because I want to know if I made it easier for me than what it would be fighting in the training room. I didn't know we could increase our hp beyond 100 in that training room. So, i fought like this.
And I got the first boss stem cell.
I thought I would get it by killing the dracula king. And I killed the king with that Thanos blade. And titles started scrolling. I wondered why it was happening. I skipped all that and I could see there's a next level. I stopped and exited right there.
So tell me guys. I'm just curious.
I read some posts and comments on steam and elsewhere that some played hundreds of hours and some did thousands of hours.
I wonder how it's possible. I am a newbie. I am at the dracula king and hand of the king level. I don't have a single boss cell.
I wonder how much percent of the game I have played and how much is left and also wonder how some could play for thousands and hundreds of hours. I assume they are counting the hours they replayed the same levels again and again. But still, I want to know.

I don't want to read any spoilers or anything which would reduce my playtime of this wonderful game i found which is also one of the initial games as I only recently started playing games on pc which I never did all these years.
I never used assist mode until yesterday. Custom mode too. I don't know what that is. I spawned again after I died while I was playing in the bank. So I was able to finish and come out.
Currently I am stuck at the dracula king and the hand of the king. Obviously I died. I went to the training room to learn how to fight them and the problem is that my health is just 100.
How are we supposed to learn anything with that? Then I reduced the boss's health to 20 percent. Still I'm unable to play for at least a minute with that mere 100 health.
Now I see the only way to learn how to fight the boss is by setting unlimited respawns in assist mode and playing outside the training room in the biome itself. So I would have sufficient health and more dps of weapons.
Is this all the way veterans did ? Those got that boss cells. Again I don't know what that is. I guess we get them by killing high level bosses. The first time I saw the word BC is while I'm permanently investing cells to always get the ++ weapons directly.
I don't want to see any youtube videos about any of the parts of the game because they are spoilers to me reducing my playtime. I don't know if there are anymore games I would enjoy as much as I did with dead cells.
Please guide guys.
I don't want spoilers. If I will learn it later by playing, this need not be answered. If it's not, how to enter such spaces, I don't see anything to use ramming.
I found recently that we can see posts and comments of private accounts too. But I tried again today and this time I couldn't see anything. It's just that the reddit icon keeps running.
How's it right now ? Any change done by reddit ? Is there Any way to hide posts completely ?
