Onsen Recommendation in Narita (Tattoo-Friendly)

Does anyone have a recommendation for a tattoo-friendly onsen near Narita Station? My fiancé and I are staying there 1 night in November and I'd love to decompress from our 3 day journey to get there (long story involving layovers), but he has 1 tattoo on his shoulder blade, and my ribs have some script on them. All the ones I'm seeing seem to be traditional and specifically say no tattoos, so I'm not going to press my luck and show up with a cover sticker & risk offending them. I'm open to booking a private bath, but since we're going to be super jet-lagged I'd like to be close-ish to Narita Station, if possible.

Can anyone recommend a nail salon that can do really nice super short acrylic nails? I have child-sized petite hands, wear contacts & type for a living, so once my nails get barely past my fingertips I can't seem to function. Gel chips way too quickly to make it worth it for me, and I can't find press-ons that stay on or are short enough. Pic for reference to what I'm looking for. I'd prefer recommendations in East Roswell, but am willing to go to Johns Creek, Alpharetta, or Norcross.
