In my final stage for a Canadian fire department in a major city.

I have my Chiefs interview in a couple days, with my gear fitting scheduled immediately after the same day.

The one hangup I have so far is my creatinine levels were showing high. I take 10g of creatine a day so this made sense to me.

I was requested to stop taking creatine for 3 days and retest. I showed high again, but lower than previous test. (146 original down to 133)

I have now been scheduled for an ultrasound for my kidneys and bladder.

I am what I would consider a healthy person, Im very active and conscious about my diet. I have no symptoms of kidney damage/failure that I know of.

I am just a little stressed I suppose as I don't want this to be the thing that holds me back after 2 years of getting my certs and going through applications.

Does anyone else have any similar experiences with high creatinine levels?
